Rooted in Rhythm: A Journey Through Movement, Music & Breath
Bodies, percussion, and voice come together in this shared exploration of rhythm, movement, and community. The space created invites participants to tune into their heartbeat, breath, and intuition, expressing themselves through sound and movement.
